Bhargava brings over 15 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration technologies, with a proven track record of advancing sustainable and energy-efficient systems. He most recently led full P&L for the General Industries and Commercial Refrigeration business units within Regal Beloit Corporation’s Climate segment. His expertise in new business development, combined with deep operational and technical knowledge, uniquely positions him to accelerate AIIR’s efforts to redefine the HVAC industry through AI-driven solutions that prioritize energy efficiency and sustainability.
